Homemade Pizza




Homemade Sopopillas

We simply use flour tortillas for this.  Cut into triangles, spread with butter and sprinkle with sugar/cinnamon mixture.  Bake at 350 until crunchy.

Homemade Pizza Dough (this recipe was given to me by my friend Christy:)

(You use your bread machine for this recipe.)

6-7 oz. warm water

3/4 tsp. salt

2 tbsp. olive oil (or veg. oil)

2 tsp. sugar

2 1/2 cups All Purpose flour

1 3/4 tsp. yeast

Layer and use in your dough cycle (in order as listed)

To use immediately:  pat dough down with fingers in a 12 x 15 inch pan, or a 12 inch round pizza/cookie sheet.  (My friend said she uses 2 – 8 inch cake pans for hers, wiped with oil)  Let stand 10 minutes.  Spread with sauce, cheese and toppings.

Bake at 400 for 12-20 minutes (until golden brown and melty..depending on your pans).
